Awning broke and was unraveling as we were driving down the road. 2 leaks in roof. Trim on the front of trailer and around storage door cracked and just falling off. Kitchen sink trap broke and water going everywhere while doing a few dishes. Very poorly made. Keystone basically says no replacement.
How often does the Keystone Springdale go out?
Ours is 28’6 by my measurement. The weight it just under 6000 lbs. The quality in and outside if just outstanding. We haven’t had one issue in the past 14 months that we’ve owned it. Keep up the maintenance on this and I bet it will last a long while for us. We go out 5-7 times a year so not overly used, but certainly gets used enough.
Is the Keystone Springdale refrigerator covered by warranty?
Scotts in Tom’s River New Jersey told me it was covered for 2 years. I contacted the appliance company who told me it wasn’t covered. I than contacted Whirlpool who told me the refrigerator was manufactured in 2018. The warranty expired before I took possession of the trailer. I am now stuck with the bill. This is unacceptable.
Why is my Keystone Springdale door not working?
Upon inspection found the heat deflector shield behind the door was not installed properly and was allowing the heat to go straight up and out the lip of the door instead of out the door vent. Dealer repaired the vent but Keystone denied fixing the paint because it had a bug screen installed.

What kind of tire does Keystone Springdale have?
Normal wear on tires, brakes work great never let me down. Plenty of lighting inside the trailer switches easy to reach.
